Moll, James - Victim of Robbery-armed w/ firearm at 1019 E Columbia St Evansville, IN between 00:01 04/13/2012 and 09:29 04/13/2012.
The victim stated that he was inside his apartment asleep in the bedroom when the suspect entered the residence and pulled a gun on him. During the robbery, the suspect made several threats to kill the victim and then tied the victim using an extension cord. The suspect took the victim's bank cards and a check before fleeing from the residence.

The victim said around 1000 hours he cashed his check at Old National Bank on N. Main St. The victim said the check was for $100. The victim said he received five $20 bills from the bank. The victim said he walked to the rear of 301 N. Main St to hang out with subjects there. This location is a common place for drunks to hang out and drink. The victim said the two (offenders) were there along with a subject he did not know, suspect. He said all three of the subjects were passing a bottle of whiskey around. The victim said (one offender) told him if he wanted to drink with them he had to pay $1 per drink. The victim said he pulled out his wallet to get some money. He said the suspect reached over and grabbed his wallet out of his hands. The victim said the suspect took off running northbound in the alley toward E Michigan St. The victim said he gave chase and chased the suspect eastbound on Michigan St. The suspect said he looked for the suspect for a while, and then called 911. The suspect went to Liquor Locker on N. Heidelbach and found out from the clerk that (one offender) had been in the store and purchased alcohol with a $20 bill. The victim said he knew (one offender) did not have any money on him. The victim said he thinks both offenders know who the suspect is.

Reporter stated that during listed times, someone used a permanent marker and wrote graffiti on three headstones / mausoleums in the cemetery. The three are actually owned by separate families that the reporter is going to try to contact.
... - Victim of Battery-injury at 28 W Tennessee St Evanville, IN between 21:49 04/13/2012 and 21:50 04/13/2012.
Officers were dispatched to 28 W Tennessee St for a criminal mischief in progress. The caller stated someone had just thrown a brick through the window and he got hit in the face with it. I arrived and spoke to the victim. He stated that he was in his bedroom in the front of the house and got hit in the face with a large brick. He stated his window was up and the brick went through the screen striking him in the face. (He) advised me that another brick was thrown through the other front window breaking the glass. (Victim) had a laceration on the left side of his cheek. (He) stated he ran from his house and was told by neighbor on Florida Street that they saw 3 younger black males and 1 younger white male running south in the alley away from the house. I spoke to the neighbors and they stated they could not get a good description of these subjects because they were running too fast. (Victim) advised me he does not know who would have done this.
