Officers were dispatched to the address above for a holdup report. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim. The victim was walking from Ginny's Place through the lot of Embassy Apartments. The victim stated that she was struck in the back of the head by an unknown item causing a good egg on the left side of her head. The victim was disoriented when she talked to me and stated several times that she had an extreme pain in her head. Officers called AMR to have the female checked out. The victim did not have anyy idea of who struck her. The victim stated that she never saw anyone around her from the time she left the bar until the time she was attacked. I spoke with the off-duty officer at Ginny's Place and they advised they do have video of the inside of the bar.
Wilkerson, Nicholas Andrew - Victim of Theft-from motor vehicle at 2900 Division St Evansville, IN between 17:30 04/14/2012 and 05:27 04/15/2012.
The victim stated that he is in the military and just got back in town after four days of training. His vehicle was left in the parking lot during the time he was gone. When he arrived to pick up his car it was sitting on blocks and all four wheels were gone. There were several other vehicles in the lot as well but none of them had been messed with. On of the officers at the armory stated to me that he had talked to the security guard who was working last night and he informed him that when he left at 1730 hours everything was fine. There is no suspect information.

Officers responded to 658 E Franklin St reference a hold-up in progress. Upon arrival the victim stated that while driving his vehicle in the listed area, it was struck by a pellet fired from a pellet gun. The victim stated that he exited his vehicle to confront the subjects who fired the pellet gun, who were standing on the front porch of 610 E Michigan St. The victim stated that the two offenders then walked up to him. One of the offenders struck him the face several times causing a large laceration to his nose. The other offender went into the victim's truck and took the listed item. The listed witness stated .. observed the victim and offenders involved in a verbal confrontation only and then observed the offenders leave the scene in a white car. AMR responded and transported the victim to Deaconess for his injuries. CSU and detectives responded as well. A short time later, the offenders were located at 2530 US 41N (Woodcreek).
Evans, Johnell James - Victim of Criminal Mischief to vehicle >$250 <$2500 at 1040 Adams Ave Evansville, IN between 01:15 04/16/2012 and 01:25 04/16/2012.
I, Officer SeDoris, was dispatched to the 1000 block of Adams Ave in reference to shots fired. After checking the area, Officer C. Mattingly advised there was a vehicle that had a bullet hole in it. Officer S. Mattinlgy stated that the witness saw two black males riding on a dark colored moped, fire at least two shots in the 1000 block of Adams Ave. The witness then stated that the suspects then drove north on Kerth until they were out of his sight. I spoke to the victim who stated he did see two black males on a scooter leaving the area. I observed a bullet hole on the driver side passenger door, approximately half way down the door (centrally located). The victim did not know of anyone who could have done this.
