The victim's blue, 21-speed Motiv mens mountain bicycle was stolen from Big Top Drive-In (1213 W Maryland St). The witness, who works at the business, observed a white male, who police had identified a short time earlier, steal the victim's bicycle. Neither the suspect for the victim's bicycle had been located at the time this report was filed.
Old Chicago Pizza - Victim of Criminal Mischief Loss >$250 <$2500 at 6550 E Lloyd Expwy Evansville, IN between 22:00 03/31/2012 and 22:08 03/31/2012.
Officers were dispatched to 6550 E Lloyd Expressway (Old Chicago) on a criminal mischief report. When we arrived we spoke with the manager (reporter). Reporter advised that they had a customer (suspect) in the bar area that was being extremely loud and was agitated because of one of the games that they had on. The reporter said that he advised the bar staff and waitresses that the suspect was cut off and to be served no more alcohol. Reporter advised that he explained to the suspect why he had been cut off, he advised that the suspect then went up to the bar and paid his tab. He said the suspect then walked towards the single glass door located at the front of the building and punched it causing the glass to break. Suspect then left the restaurant. Suspect then called back shortly after and apologized to the manager and said that he would pay for the damages that he had caused.
