Deffendoll stated that him and the suspect (Norrick) have had an ongoing dispute since 2003. He stated that he was at the 4-way stop at Pollack and Green River Rd and Norrick started to go the same time he did. Deffendoll stated that Norrick and him then pulled to the side of the road and Norrick approached him and grabbed his cell phone breaking the top of the cell phone. Norrick then struck Deffendoll in the left side of the head. Deffendoll had no marks but complained of pain. Harris then threw the phone striking Harris in the head. Harris had no marks but also had complaint of pain.

Vehicle was observed failing to yield to vehicle at intersection. Vehicle was stopped and driver had red and glassy eyes and slurred speech. Driver admitted to drinking and was given field sobriety. Driver tested .12 on certified test.

The reporter stated that he noticed the suspect looking around acting suspiciously while moving quickly through the soft lines area and wearing a pair of sunglasses with the tags attached. The reporter confirmed on video that the suspect concealed the sunglasses and left the store without paying for them. Another witness approached the suspect and got his information prior to the suspect getting into a vehicle and leaving.

Unknown person/persons threw part of a broken concrete block through the victim's rear sliding glass door, breaking one half of it. She doesn't think anyone is angry with her, but the maintenance man for this complex stays here as well.
