Officers were dispatched to an accident with injuries at Fulton Ave/Louisiana St. Suspect left the scene in a white Jeep and was located down the street. Suspect was arrested.

Officer stopped a black truck for failing to stop at Cass and Garvin. During enforcement action, female passenger was observed stuffing something into her front crotch area. Female passenger freely admitted to putting a "pipe" in her pants. Female was arrested. Driver was given a written warning.

I discovered flagpole in the front parking lot of the apartment complex was found bent and pushed over into the roadway. It is unknown exactly how the damage was caused as the plants around the flagpole were undisturbed and no tire tracks or damage was observed in the landscaping or grass around the pole.
Circle K - Victim of Theft-shoplifting Theft-other <200 at 1201 W Columbia St Evansville, IN between 17:25 04/03/2012 and 17:27 04/03/2012.
Officers were dispatched to 1201 W Columbia St in reference to a theft in progress. The reporter told officers a white male about 509-600, 200-220, wearing a white t-shirt, khaki shorts, black shoes, white socks, sunglasses and a camouflage ball camp concealed a bottle of Mad Dog 20/20 grape wine and left the store without paying for the item. Officers were not able to locate the suspect.
Gold, Curtis Dewayne - Victim of Battery-injury at 799 SE Sixth St/E Chandler Ave Evansville, IN between 20:07 04/03/2012 and 20:08 04/03/2012.
Officers were dispatched to a person down at SE Sixth St and Chandler Ave. Arriving officers observed the victim laying in the street bleeding from the back of his head. (Victim) was disoriented but was able to inform officers approximately six black males confronted him. Next to (victim) were pieces of a block. (He) could not recall how he became injured. (Victim) was transported to Deaconess by AMR. CSU and a detective were called to the scene.
