From Evansville Police Department Incident Reports - June 28, 2012.

Nichols, Zachary - Arrest on charge of Intimidation Threat at 701 N. Tenth Ave......Loucks, Adam - Arrest on charge of Disorderly Conduct at 710 N Tenth Ave......Loucks, Ronald - Arrest on charge of Intimidation Threat at 710 N Tenth Ave......Dunn, Larry - Victim of Disorderly Conduct at 1801 W Maryland St Evansville, IN between 07:30 06/28/2012 and 08:25 06/28/2012.
Suspect #1 was fired from his employment on 6-27-12 by victim. Suspect showed up in the morning beating on the door and window of the semi-truck both victims were inside, making threats about physically harming the victims and to kill victim #1. Suspect got in his vehicle to leave when victim #1 went back inside the business to get keys. When victim #1 returned outside, the suspect had victim #2 down on the ground fighting with him. Victim #1 pulled suspect off. Suspect #1 again threatened physical harm to victim #1 and stated he was a member of the "Vice Lords" and was going to go back and get them and come back and kill him. Victim stated he was in real fear for his life, so he locked his employees inside the building and told them not to open the doors for anyone until he returned from his home where he was going to get his long guns. When victim returned, he found all three suspects on his property. Suspects were told by victim to get off his property and all three began verbally threatening him with physical harm and stating they were going to kill him. Suspect #1 advanced on victim and he pulled his guns from the truck and told them to leave the property. Suspects walked to the street where they continued to yell, cuss and threaten the victim even more. Victim then went back inside the business and locked the doors. During this time the other employees were calling 911. Suspects were located at suspect #2's residence and were arrested.
Bunch, Tre - Arrest on charge of Theft-shoplifting Theft-other <200 at 200 N Main St......Joyce, Traievante - Arrest on charge of Theft-shoplifting Theft-other <200 at 200 N Main St......Buehler's IGA - Victim of Theft-shoplifting Theft-other <200 at 200 N Main St Evansville, IN between 18:45 06/28/2012 and 18:50 06/28/2012.
Officers were dispatched to Buy Low at 200 N Main St for two male shoplifters. Suspects stole a box of Hot Pockets and a bag of pizza rolls. Suspects were transported to jail in the wagon.
Scott, Livarus - Victim of Battery-aggravated w/ firearm at 708 Cross St Evansville, IN between 00:45 06/28/2012 and 00:51 06/28/2012.
On 06/28/12 at 0051 hours, officers were dispatched to 708 Cross St in reference to shots fired. Dispatch advised responding officers that two subjects had been shot. Officers arrived and located the two subjects shot, identified as V1 and V2. V1 was taken to Deaconess and V2 was taken to St Mary's for treatment. Witnesses described several shots were fired from a black colored vehicle, possibly a black Pontiac Gran Prix or a Ford Taurus. The vehicle was last seen headed EB on Cross and then NB on Linwood. A witness on scene stated she recognized the shooter.
Covington, Jwane - Victim of Criminal Recklessness at 1625 Shadewood Ave/Waggoner Ave Evansville, IN between 16:31 06/28/2012 and 16:42 06/28/2012.
Officers were dispatched to 800 Jackson Ave in reference to shots fired. Officers located the victim at Shadewood and Waggoner. The victim received a gunshot wound to his right leg. The shooting suspects had already fled the scene prior to police arrival. Witnesses at the scene stated that two people ran from the scene after the shots were fired. The victim was transported to Deaconess by AMR for his injuries. Sgt Doan, detectives and crime scene were called to the scene. This investigation is still ongoing.
Hampton, Christopher - Victim of Robbery-strong arm w/ injury at 1600 Henning Ave/Wedge Ave Evansville, IN between 22:30 06/28/2012 and 23:09 06/28/2012.
Victim states that he was walking an near the intersection of Henning and Wedge, when suspect #1 ran up to him and grabbed him from behind. Suspect #2 then joined suspect #1 and they knocked him down and began to ask, "What you got?" He was punched several times and has a swollen lip. Suspects stole his wallet containing a small amount of money and his cell phone. Suspects fled southeast through Colonial Manor Apartments.
