"A search warrant was obtained for 1800 South Garvin in reference to a violent felon being in possession of a firearm. During the search, sets of digital scales, marijuana and a shot gun were recovered from the residence. The subjects were arrested on the listed charges."

"A search warrant was served on the listed address. A shotgun was located in one of the bedrooms in the apartment. The offender has a prior felony conviction that makes her a serious violent felon. The offender was not located at the time of this report."

"Officers received a call that the suspect was in Wood Creek Apartments manufacturing methamphetamine. Officers located the suspect's room and investigated. The suspect allowed offices to search the hotel room and located numerous drug related items. All the occupants of the room were transported to VCCC for booking into jail."
Wilder, David L. Victim of Robbery-strong armed with injury at 1149 E Columbia St/N Kerth Ave Evansville, IN between 23:02 03/09/2012 and 23:04 03/09/2012.
"Officers were dispatched to Columbia St and Kerth Ave in reference to a assault in progress. When I arrived I spoke to the victim that told me he had left the Busy Body Lounge and walked west in the alley just south of Columbia. The victim told me when he got to Kerth Ave, he was jumped by two black males and one white male. The victim had blood all over his face as well as swelling to his entire face. The victim told me the suspect stole his wallet and cell phone and ran west on Columbia St and then turned south on New York Ave. The suspect were stopped by Officers Mattingly and Ken Dutschke."

"#1 and #2 had exchanged some words outside the (Family Dollar) store. #2 stated #1 came after him with a knife. So, #2 went and grabbed a ball bat and was about to get physical. No contact was made between the two. Both did not wish to pursue charges against one another. They both said fumes over family issued that occurred years ago. Both parties separated and went their ways."

"Officers J. Taylor and I, Officer S. Chapman, were dispatched to 1100 Jefferson Ave in reference to a residential burglary in progress. We arrived on scene and I spoke to the victim, who stated that the offender had kicked in her door and pointed a gun at her while demanding money. (Victim) stated that she heard a banging at the front door. She stated that she thought it might be her son doing something so she walked out toward the front of the house. She stated that as she walked toward the front of the house she saw the front door come off the hinges and fall in the front room. She stated that a male, the offender, walked into the house wearing a ski mask. She stated that it was saggy and too big for his face and she could see his facial features. She stated that the offender pointed a gun at her and stated, 'Where's the money at?' (Victim) stated that she grabbed money out of her pants and thew it toward him. She said the he took approximately $140. The offender then picked up the money and fled out of the house. (Victim) said she watched as the offender ran north on Kerth to Adams. She stated that she heard a car squeal its tires, but could not see a vehicle. She stated that she believed it took off west on Adams Ave. (Victim) stated that she recognized the offender's voice. She also stated that he was very tall and wearing a dark hoodie, along with some white shoes iwth black on them. She stated that she was absolutley sure that it was the offender and stated the went by the nickname ... Officer Taylor went to the offender's address and spoke to his mother. His mother told Officer Taylor that the offender had left approximately 20 minutes earlier. Officer Matthews attempted to track with his K9 partner, but lost the track in the area of Kerth and Adams. While officers were still on the perimeter, the offender called disaptch and stated that he was at 501 S Denby. Officers arrived on Denby and placed the offender in custody. The residence on Denby belonged to ... (who) stated that the offender had been at his house all evening and that he only left for a short period approximately two hours prior to us arriving. Officer Taylor gave the offender his Miranda rights and the offender stated that he understood. I asked the offender where he had been all night and he stated that he had been on Denby all evening. I asked him if he ever left and he stated that he left one time two hours prior to us arriving. He stated that he had not gone anywhere else all evening. Crime Scene was called out to take pictures of the damage to the door. Detective M. Sloat responded to the scene. Det. Sloat had us transport the offender to EPD Headquarters to be interviewed. Offender was then transported to Vanderburgh County Jail."
Wall, Holly Ann Arrest on charge of Escape at 411 SE Riverside Dr......Society Victim of Escape at 411 SE Riverside Drive Evansville, IN between 23:20 03/09/2012 and 23:25 03/09/2012.
"Officers were investigating a vehicle in the museum parking lot after hours. The suspect was in the passenger seat and asked to exit the vehicle. Upon further investigation, the suspect was found to have a felony warrant. Once the suspect was made aware of her warrant she took off running. The suspect was apprehended and handcuffed and taken back to the squad car where she again took off from officers. The suspect was apprehended and taken back to the squad car for a second time. AMR arrived and transported the suspect to Deaconess for complaint of pain."

"Officers received a call that a vehicle was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I-164 without any lights on. Officers arrived and stopped the vehicle at I-164/Baseline. Driver had the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person and admitted to drinking. He failed sobriety tests and tested .11 on a certified test."
