Wood, Bradley Joe Arrest on charge of Sex Public Nudity w/o intent at 1999 N Fulton Ave/Keller St......Sex Related Victim of Sex Public Nudity w/o intent between 15:43 03/07/2012 and 15:54 03/07/2012.
"Dispatch received a report of a subject urinating in public south of Cedar Hall School. I observed this subject ... standing on the sidewalk waiting for the METS bus near N. Fulton Ave and Keller St. Upon contact, (suspect) was determined to be under the influence of alcoholic beverage. The complainant, who wanted to press charges, positively identified the defendant. (He) also had an outstanding misdemeanor FTA warrant, was charged with Public Intoxication and Public Nudity."
Society Victim of Incident Report Misc at 1724 W Franklin St Evansville, IN between 07:00 03/06/2012 and 07:00 03/07/2012. Reported 03/07/2012.
"I was requested to 1724 W. Franklin St, under the Lloyd underpass, reference to a possible meth lab. I arrived and talked with railroad police officer and he stated they located a maroon color duffel bag containing a black color metal tank with a rubber hose attached to it. I requested JRF officer to the scene and Sgt. Dave Barron arrived and took charge of the scene."
Restricted Victim of Battery-aggravated w/knife at 3700 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN on 03/07/2012. Reported 12:54.
"On the listed date and time, three victims were brought into St Mary's ER with injuries sustained in a knife fight. Adult Detectives are investigating at this time."
Indiana Dept of Health Victim of Battery-transmission contaminated body fluid at 15 NW Martin Luther King, Jr Blvd Evansville, IN between 16:00 01/25/2012 and 16:30 01/25/2012. Reported 03/07/2012.
"Reporter, employee with the Indiana State Health Department, 2 N Meridian St Indianapolis, IN 46204, is investigating the listed suspect for donating plasma containing the immunodeficiency virus (HIV) to the Octapharma Plasma Center, 1810 N First Ave. On 110311 the listed suspect signed a counseling, testing and referral form indicating that he was informed and aware of his condition and that he could be charged with a C Felony for violating the criteria that was presented to him. On 012512 the suspect donated plasma to the Octapharma Plasma Center and signed a screening form, indicating that he was clean of HIV. The form was processed and the reporter went to Evansville, IN to follow up on charges through the police department and prosecutor's office."
Lance, Emily Jo Victim of Battery-injury at 1427 Covert Ave Evansville, IN between 04:30 03/07/2012 and 15:10 03/07/2012.
"The victim stated that she got home around 04:30 on 03-07-2012. The victim stated that she exited her car and an unknown subject choked her from behind and caused her to pass out. The victim stated that she woke up and had several injuries including a swollen left eye. The victim's driver side car window was also broken out. The victim stated that nothing was taken. Crime Scene was called to take photographs of the victim. The detective office was called."
Edwards, Jeffrey Lee Victim of Battery-serious injury/other deadly weapon at 707 E Florida St Evansville, IN between 15:45 03/07/2012 and 16:10 03/07/2012.
"Officer was dispatched to 707 E Florida St in reference to a battery report. The (victim) stated that he was three houses east of his address when a heavy set black male approached him and asked if he had any cigarettes. The victim stated that he replied he did not and started to turn away from the (offender) when the offender displayed a metal pipe and struck the victim in the stomach and chest. The victim stated that when he got pushed down, he lost consciousness until he was woke up. The victim stated that his sister took him to the bathroom where he was having trouble breathing and had complaint of pain to his chest, shoulder and neck. Over an hour after the incident occurred, (he) finally called authorities. AMR arrived on scene and transported to St Mary's Hospital ER. AIU Detective Coomer took over the investigation."
