Terry Wayne Broshears, Jr.
Gibson County – Friday afternoon, October 12, at approximately 12:40, Indiana State Police and members of the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force executed an arrest warrant for Terry Wayne Broshears, Jr., 33, of Princeton, for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a Class D Felony.
In late September, detectives from the Indiana State Police Cyber Crimes Section conducted compliance checks in Gibson County. During their investigation it was determined Broshears, a convicted sex offender, had moved in late August from an address in Fort Branch to an address in Princeton. Broshears failed to inform the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department of his recent move to 329 East Oak Street in Princeton. Broshears was arrested at his residence without incident and taken to the Gibson County Jail where he is currently being held on $750.00 cash bond.
