EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is advising motorists there will be temporary lane restrictions on Interstate 164 in Vanderburgh and Gibson counties.
INDOT maintenance crews will be cleaning bridge decks and drains on I-164 from I-64 to U.S. 41. Crews will begin on Monday, April 9 in the south bound lanes at I-64. Once they reach U.S. 41, they will move the work operation to the north bound lanes. All lane closures will take place from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., local time each day. It is estimated work will be complete by Friday, April 20, weather permitting.
